I hired Mr. Berman for an Unemployment Compensation dispute that occurred as a result of some part-time work I did for a company.
I could not have asked for a better lawyer to represent me. Mr. Berman collected all the paperwork and asked me many questions. He returned my calls promptly and answered all of my questions.
On the day of the unemployment hearing, he arrived promptly and went over my case file with me. He gave me a good piece of advice, which made me a better witness. Mr. Berman noticed a number of mistakes that the other party made, questioned the witnesses, and emphasized their mistakes in his closing argument.
